Welcome Back J. Bauer Gallery.
We are hosting an OPEN HOUSE on Saturday June 4 2010 and Sunday June 5 2010
We are in the middle of finalizing the artists that are going to be showcased in this event.
It is an event that we are very much looking forward to and we hope you are too.

Connor aka ONNo aka automaton
He makes his own mixes on his own blog called CUT + MISTAKE

Kurt Wahlstrom
He makes short flims and you can find his reel and other videos on his site.

The girls of LADYMAGMA
These girls are in the band LADYMAGMA and you can find their songs on myspace.

Maks aka Max Abeles
He makes mixed media work with light and noise; you can find video of his work on his website.

Denter Booster Blockbuster aka Tom Koehler
He makes paintings, performances and all kinds of things check out his myspace.

Kenny Wang, Olivia De Prato, Emil Abramyan, Victor Lowrie, Patrick Doane
They presented an impromptu quintet.
Kenny has a sample on one of his myspace pages and a couple other projects

Patrick has a few projects.

Greg Paulus and Jason Poranski are members of the band "freetime"

Denter Booster Blockbuster and Maks

Denter Booster Blockbuster and Maks will be performing a live set of ear welting digital noise. The gallery will be transformed via 8 large fluorescent tubes installed around the parameter of the space that will be synced to the audio output. The show will be under twenty minutes so please come at 8 o'clock sharp.

te & le co. : getting physical

Teresa Elizabeth McMahon and Lisa GraceAnn Bauer have decided to hold hands and walk out together. Their objective is to maintain a gallery space and hold monthly shows. Teresa and Lisa had their first show together on December 2nd. Brian "King Cobra" D., Edward Hamel, Teresa McMahon and Lisa Bauer showed their work in "The Zoo" in Bushwick. "The Zoo" is only a temporary location for te & le co. Teresa and Lisa are set on a February location for the time being and are on the process of deciding where to have later shows. The te & le co. guidelines will be posted shortly.
